U.S. Amps Return and Refund Policy

At U.S. Amps, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. To make this process as smooth as possible, we have outlined our Return and Refund Policy below:

Return Period

  • 15-Day Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item. We encourage you to review your product(s) as soon as possible to ensure any issues can be addressed within this timeframe.

Condition of Products

  • New and Unused: Returned products must be in new, unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories. Products that have been used, installed, or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Restocking Fee

  • 15% Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. The restocking fee is applied to cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking items.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • RMA Pre-Approval Required: Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Returns without a pre-approved RMA number will not be accepted.To request an RMA, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to return your product.

Refund Process

  • Refund After Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, it will undergo an inspection to ensure it meets our return condition requirements. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment, minus the restocking fee, within 7-10 business days.Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exclusions

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, products that are custom ordered, final sale items, clothing and wearables such as shirts/hats, sticker/decals or products that have been modified or damaged after delivery.
