Custom Order Final Sale Policy

All custom orders are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to, custom components, repairs, custom built amplifiers, internally strapped amplifiers, custom built subwoofers, special order products, and any item built, modified, ordered, or prepared specifically for the customer.

Once a custom order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, exchanged, or changed. No exceptions.

Custom orders require parts, labor, production scheduling, planning, and build time. Work may begin shortly after the order is submitted. For this reason, we ask that customers do not place a custom order unless they are fully prepared to complete the purchase.

By placing a custom order with U.S. Amps, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the sale is final and that the order cannot be canceled for any reason.
